Absolutely—every parcel we dispatch is booked as a registered shipment with our courier partner and assigned its own tracking number. As soon as your order is scanned into the courier’s system, you’ll receive an email containing a live-tracking link. That way you can follow your package’s journey from pick-up all the way to your door.
As items can be custom made to order please allow 4 to 7 business days for order processing. This may take longer depending on item availability, peak seasons and if it is a larger order. We always strive to process orders as fast as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched packages generally arrive within 7-10 business days. In some instances it can take up to 20 working days depending on where you are in the world, your local postal service, customs policy and other circumstances. All shipments are registered by our courier.

Because inventory levels—and your location—can differ from order to order, the shipping origin may change. If an item is out of stock at the nearest facility, we automatically route it from the next-best warehouse to get it on the road as quickly as possible.

You must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order to arrange an item change. Just send an email ASAP to [email protected] so we can change your order.
We are really sorry, but an order cannot be cancelled anymore once it has been shipped. The order has already been turned over to our courier partners and is on its way to you.
