How Our Returns & Exchanges Work

At LeggingsZone we’re always dreaming up fresh colourways and prints, so our collections roll out in small, limited-edition batches. When a size sells out—or when you spot a brand-new design hot off the sketch pad—we make that pair just for you instead of holding a big warehouse of extras. This keeps our catalogue exciting and cuts down on waste, but it also means most items can’t simply go back on the shelf once they’ve been made. For that reason, we reserve money-back refunds for the rare occasions when a product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing fault.

2. What We’ll Do in Different Situations

  • Item has a fault (misprint or fabric flaw)
    • Let us know within 14 calendar days of delivery.
    • Choose either a full refund or a free replacement—the decision is yours.
    • We cover all shipping costs, both ways.

  • We packed the wrong item
    • Send us a photo of what arrived.
    • We’ll ship the correct pair at no charge, and you can keep, donate, or recycle the original.

  • Package went missing in transit
    • If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days beyond the latest ETA, please get in touch.
    • We’ll send a replacement right away, on us.

  • Need a different size, colour, or design
    • Every order qualifies for one free size exchange (same clothing type).
    • You pay to send the original pair back; we pay to ship the replacement.

3. Return & Exchange Checklist

  1. Timing — Drop us an email within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Condition — Leggings must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still tagged (trying on for size is fine).

  3. Not eligible — Gift cards, “Final Sale” items, or products reported after the 14-day window.

  4. Multiple swaps — We’ll cover shipping for the first size exchange; additional exchanges are welcome but outbound postage is on you.

4. How to Get Started

  • Email with your order number, reason for the return, and photos if anything’s wrong.

  • Watch for our reply — We’ll send instructions within two business days.

  • Send it back — Pop the order number on the parcel and use a tracked service so nothing goes astray.

  • We’ll confirm — As soon as we process your package, we’ll let you know the next steps or confirm your refund.

5. Processing & Refund Timing

  • We inspect returns within two business days of arrival.

  • Approved exchanges ship out immediately.

  • Fault-based refunds hit your original payment method in 5–10 business days; your bank or card provider may need one full billing cycle to post the credit.

6. A Note for Our International Friends

Import duties and taxes from your original shipment aren’t refundable. When sending a return from outside our home country, please mark the parcel “Returned Goods.” Any customs fees we incur will be deducted from your store credit—or, in rare refund cases, from the refund itself.

7. Checking on a Refund

If we’ve confirmed a refund and you don’t see it after 10 business days, first ask your card issuer or PayPal. Still waiting? Just email us and we’ll dig in.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is refused or left uncollected, it comes back to us as a return. We then deduct a 50 % restocking fee plus any carrier or customs charges before issuing a refund.

9. Entered the Wrong Shipping Address

Unfortunately, if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout and the parcel is delivered (or lost) at that location, LeggingsZone can’t reimburse or replace the order.
